At last we found a pizzeria in Tbilisi that was nearly deserted, and we had a nice meal which included carpacio, salad and tortellini. However, once again we were confronted by what I have decided to call Mysterious English on the menu. |

My favorite has to be Calf Edges. I would never have figured out what the dish was if Tanya had not translated the Georgian description of it for me. Calf Edges are Veal Ribs.
